HI All,

We are currently trying to migrate CUCM from 8.6 to 12.1 using Prime Collaboration Deployment.

The publisher  nodes

Install destination CUCM publisher Continue

Successful

But the Subscriber node  failed with below error :

No Network Connection to the Node.This is due to the IP of the node did not come up after 1 hr install. Could be a Network delay issue.

Is there a WAN or low BW / high latency link between PCD and the destination nodes?

No, LAN connection with two Core switchs connection by VSS Link.

Were you looking at the console of the target server to confirm there were no errors that showed up during install?

Nothing was blocking communication .also new server becomes with the old cluster its connected in the same LAN Core switch and the publisher nodes its come successfully .

I have some work around with Cisco TAC engineer  and we are delete the SUB nodes for Migration Task and add only the Pub Nodes the Migration task its completed successfully

"The task completed successfully."after that we will try to add the SUB as Fresh installer manual with Pub .but we find the following message so any advice:

"Add/Update/Delete not allowed as a system upgrade is in progress."
