OAuth Logins

We have recently configured OAuth authentication and APNS for notifications.  Things are working really well, however, since going to OAuth, users are required to login daily.  Previous to the OAuth, a login was only necessary after a password change.  Any ideas to allow the OAuth Token to auto login?

Thanks,

Mark

Hi,

Since you mentioned about APNS, I believe you are experiencing this issue with the Jabber iOS client. Is that correct? Is Jabber connecting over MRA (via Expressway) to CUCM?

Can you check these settings in CUCM?

System > Enterprise Parameters > SSO and OAuth Configuration > OAuth Access Token Expiry Timer (minutes) and OAuth Refresh Token Expiry Timer (days). The default values are 60 minutes and 60 days unless the refresh token value has been changed. From what you described as the issue, my understanding is that when the Jabber app is brought to the foreground the next day, it does not connect to presence or phone services unless the user signs-out and signs-in again. Is that right?
