Persistent chat Room--- can,t See option to Create New Chat Room

Hi All,

I have configured Persistent chat room feature in my deployement ,

Configuration is done , database is configured properly , But cant add a room please help on this.

to create a new room you have to be on the "All rooms" tab.

I know but this option is not coming in under the all rooms

Hi Sushant.

On IM Server, go to Messaging Menu and select "Group Chat And Persistent Chat"

and unselect option "Allow only group chat system administrators to create persistent chat rooms"

Restart Jabber client

i have added my im address for the administrator group but even though i am not seeing the new room button
