I have installed Cisco Prime collaboration manager v12.6.2283.
For the most part it seems to be working ok but when it comes to synchronization of users it is only pulling in people who's accounts have been accessed by CUCM recenty, and not pulling in all users using the Syncronisation feature.
For instance the user provisioning tab is displaying 100 users, although there is 8000+ users known to CUCM v11. The syncronisation is CUCM is to pull in the AD account only and not for authentication. So in essence am I right in thinking that I should leave the CUCM Ldap user import configured as it is to pull from AD, and then CPrime-CM should pull in everyone by querying CUCM??
in the Device Setup CUCM is set to 'User Synchronization' = synchronization (only)
Anyone know what I should do here to get it correct.
