Problem cisco jabber after update

A good day! I have a problem with certificate's after update cisco jabber from 10 to 11.7.1 version. In present time, with login user's have accept new digital certificate but that new certificate don't create in CUCM server.Old (valid) certificate's are present in Trust CA in local PC user's. What a problem in this?

Good day,

I have questions about understanding your UC environment. Do you have IM&P in deployment. if so you will also make sure you have uploaded certs in two please CUCM and IM&P. Also double check and make sure you are using FQDN on all nodes.
