Good morning! I recently downloaded QMA on my machine but I am having issues. QMA has already been setup at the customers site, and we got asked to take it over and support it. I'm not finding much information on this so was seeing if someone had ideas as the guides hasn't been useful. With it setup already, should I be able to download Quality Management Administrator and then login with our AD accounts from my machine that I installed it on? Do I need to do anything else loading it up first time for me? I keep getting a QMAD2002 error, but online doesn't say much besides check the API. Not sure if anyone has ran into that issue. Any information would be great! Thanks!
