Can the Jabber Video for Telepresence(Movi) application mark DSCP values running in Windows7?
and How about Jabber for iPad?
VCS controls Jabber cliect.

There's a similar thread (https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2150708) about QoS for Jabber which might be of interest.
Basically the answer was: NO, the app doesn't mark any DCSP values.
