RTMT Is Not Loading

I've run into an issue where I've not been able to successfully run RTMT in CUCM 12.5 or 11.5 inside of ESXi (currently using 6.7); I've been able to do this without a second thought for years.

All of a sudden, whenever I try to bring up RTMT after configuring my CUCM, I'm getting the following error:

RTMT1: When using the IP Address for the server name (i.e., System ---> Server), a device is located when started RTMT.

RTMT2: This is the result when using the IP Address as the server name

RTMT3: When using a hostname as the server name, no device is located

Even after going into the CLI and restarting services, I'm still having zero success.

Has anyone else come across this issue?
