Running Zoom through Cisco SX80

Hi there,

We are running a Zoom webinar through three Cisco SX80's across all offices to join our All-Hands meetings. Ideally, we want to share content from one location and have our remote participants share on the left screen and our content share on the right.

Right now, we are controlling everything using Crestron software on an iPad. We connect to Zoom via an IP address and then log in to a Zoom call using a meeting ID. If we share content in "Single Screen" mode, we will see content in full on both screens and if we press "Dual Screen" mode we will see remote sites on the left screen and content on the right, however, remote sites get content with a small PIP on both screens and are locked to this layout. Is there any way to fix this so that both the presenter and the remote sites can see participants on the left side of the screen and content on the right?

This would likely be caused by the way that Zoom is compositing the video streams - you'd need to discuss it with them to make sure that they can pass through the separate content streams to your devices.
