We are using Jabber Version 11.8.3 Build 51659. I often need to ask co-workers to share their screen so that I can take a look at issues they are having, When they pass control to me, I cannot click directly on the icon that I want to choose. I have to position the mouse pointer in a position that is not even on the icon or in the area that I am clicking. Is there a known issue with like certain video drivers or something like that? Thanks!
