In our cluster, I did a reboot for both call Manager and CUPs. The reboot is successful but immediately after the reboot, I was getting error ""SOAP -Log Collection APIs Restarted ""
Error:

UC_SERVICEMANAGER-2-ServiceFailed: %[ServiceName=SOAP -Log Collection APIs][Reason=Service stopped abruptly][ClusterID=][NodeID=*********]: Service terminated.
After running Diagnostic Test on CUPs, I found tomcat Sessions as Failed.
restarted TOMCAT Service and then then issue is resolved.
Please help me on the same.
