Hi Folks,

Is there any list of IP addresse (I guess in Amazon Cloud) that clients will connect to?

We use web proxy (Cisco WSA) and it does not pass through https communication. I can set up bypass but I need to know what is Spark cloud IP address range.

Cheers

Tomas

Hello Tomas,

Cisco Spark currently does not support deployments with Proxy, we are looking in to possible solution, however not ready to provide details at this time.

Hi Miroslav,

I just need a list of Spark servers' IP addresses that the client will start talking to. Communications to those I will exempt from going via proxy.

Tomas,

it is not possible to provide list of IP addresses, can you work with domains? Something like *.ciscospark.com, *.webex.com, *.wbx2.com ?

Cau Miro a Tomasi,

this is a reply from the Spark forum about the IP addresses.

If I was Cisco, I would contract an external company to host the cloud services. That countract would have a requirement

to dynamically cover the connectivity as people start to use it. That means if you have a huge demand in an area, then the hosting company would have to deliver more servers in that area (or close to). So I think the list of servers could be a very dynamic document. Even If Miro gave you the list, tomorrow it may be out of date. I guess the solution could be some TCL in IOS to schedule a regular resolve of the addresses.

But I don't know if you can schedule a regular import of that list...

Radek

@Radek the dynamic coverage is exactly what we can and are doing with this new platform design, operating on top of the IaaS, which is prohibitive for us to provide customers with the exact IP range.

Miro are those 3 domains the only ones used or do we rely on more?

if so which one?
