The title "General" is given to the main space of a Team Space, That rooms title will be General but the other Team Spaces you create can have different names for their specific subset of information to be shared there; I created and named the accounting space and the adoption space and so on.
The "General space" will appear in your Spaces list of you conversation spaces, once the space is active it is moved into this list. It is identified as a Team Space with the colour coded writing and icon, so you may have more than one "general" space in the spaces list, but they belong to different Team spaces.
