Spark Windows App not updating

I am running the Spark App for Windows version 1.0.0.2735. According to the "Quick Tips" section of Cisco Spark for Windows - Known Issues "Cisco Spark for Windows updates automatically when a new version is available." The Cisco Spark for Windows - Release Notes states version 1.0.0.5269 was released on October 22, 2015.

I uninstalled Spark, deleted the directory C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Spark, downloaded from https://www.webex.com/ciscospark/downloads.html  and re-installed. I can not get to version 1.0.0.5269

Hi Bill

Might be a stupid question but if you manually try to search for updates via spark do you see version 1.0.0.5269?

When I search for 1.0.0.5269 all I find is the release notes.

Hi Bill

I can confirm that the latest package for windows is 1.0.0.2735. i just downloaded the latest one on my virtual windows 10 box

Not sure why this is the case but you can leave feedback
