SSO in WebEx Broken

We recently had a BIOS Windows update pushed to our machines. Since then, WebEx SSO seems to have broken for multiple users. Scenario is that someone clicks on a WebEx meeting link and a tab opens up (we use IE, Firefox, and Chrome) prompting the user to submit their name and email. This can be averted by clicking the "Login" button in the upper right corner of IE. However, if the user closes out of their browser and relaunches for another WebEx meeting shortly after, they have to repeat the scenario. Any ideas what could be contributing to this issue?
