Start Jabber 12.00 In System Tray

We use Jabber 12.00 and I want it to start in the System Tray. Note that I do NOT have the 'Start Cisco Jabber when my system starts' option selected. I don't want it to start every time I start my system, but when it does start, I want it to start in the System Tray only.

I saw that thread, but it's four years old and regarding a version 2 versions before the current. And what it says ("When "Start Cisco Jabber when my computer starts" is checked, Jabber will start minimized to the system tray") is simply false.

If that doesn't work, then it's just not possible, here's the enhancement request asking for that.
