Stop users changing options in Jabber 10.5

Hi,

I have set the jabber-config.xml to 'start the client when the OS starts'. But if the user unticks the box in options, it doesn't enforce it next time they log on. It is still unticked.

It enforces the deskphone OK and the photos work, but we want to auto launch jabber for all users and have it log them in. We don't want them unticking those boxes.

Is there a way to stop users being able to change the settings or is there a way of enforcing them?

I have added Jabber to the shell:commonstartup so that gets round the problem of starting when the OS starts.
