Sync error warning

Customer is starting a SPARK trial and is doing an AD Sync.  It "seems" to have worked but there is an issue that every 20 minutes or so he is getting:

From 2016-06-22T17:37:16Z to 2016-06-22T17:37:24Z, system made a incremental synchronization in DC4.
Please check synchronization report in attachment.
