Has anybody rolled out TelePresence Interoperability to Traditional VideoConferencing? How is this working out for you? Can you advise if there is an automated way of scheduling Interop calls? Currently, we have a static bridge configured on both the TelePresence side and the VideoConferencing side that people call into. The problem with this is, we have to manually build or manage a static bridge on both the TelePresence and VideoConferencing end each time users want an Interop call.
If the customer has CTS-Manager and TelePresence version 1.4 scheduling interop. Take a look at the presentation below which will have more details as to how the scheduling is done. You will also notice the work around in case of no CTS-MAN. Hope this helps. Thanks.
