There is a significant delay during share screen

I am using a lenovo T430 laptop with i5 2.3/4 GB RAM and when i share my screen then there is a delay on 40-60 seconds and teh same delay is observed if someone shares the screen with me

So, there's a delay while establishing the screen share?

Or is there a delay while you're already sharing and what the other end sees?

Aside from a CPU/RAM limitation, if you do an IM share, that's on top of RDP, so you'd need to make sure there's nothing in the network slowing down RDP between the machines.

If you do a screen share while on a call, that's basically a video call.

Memory: 4096MB RAM what do you think if its sufficient for
Webex meetings screen share ? If I do not connect audio and only start
meeting and share screen, still there is a delay -##

OK, if you're using webex for the meeting and that's where the issue is, you might want to open a case with them to investigate the delay.

engineer is working on it ##
