Trouble upgrading SX20 firmware

Hi all

I need to know if there is a special firmware version for an SX20 with which I can connect to the Webex platform in China.

I heard that it had to be a specific firmware for a theme of keys or encryption

Or what version is compatible

My device has this version

is it a standalone endpoint ? or registered somewhere?

also the TC7.2.0 is very old software and deferred as well from cisco.com

Cisco always recommend to use the latest software as it has the most of bug fixes and stable version.

As you are running on very old software You need to first upgrade your codec to TC7.3.0 and then to TC7.3.6 and then any latest software.
