Unable to join meeting through email link - Join button is grayed out

Hi 

Any reason the Join button is grayed out, when hosts try to join a meeting . However one of the attendees decided to log into the meeting through WebEx site by keying in the meeting ID and the meeting then opened up for all other attendees.

Meeting was set for 11:30 am, users tried to join about 11:29/11:30 am through outlook link and the join button was grayed out.

CWMS system has the setting to allow users join before host enabled

Any reason why this might have happened.

Hi Osato,

There is a defect on CWMS 2.5 MR6 and later that you might be experiencing: CSCuy55812 CWMS2.5MR6 rescheduling single instance of recurrent series disables JBH. 

It is planned to be resolved in 2.6 MR2 version scheduled for release mid April.

If the information in the bug is not related to the experience your end user had, it might be something else involved that would require more troubleshooting, but this defect is there for sure.

Thanks Dejan,

The host joined the meeting about 15/20 mins after it had started, so I dont think the aforementioned defect would have been the issue here. One of the attendees had to join meeting by manually keying in the number and as soon as he joined, everyone that had been trying to get in using the link was able to join the meeting.

Hi Dejan,

 The jbh issue seems not to be resolved in 2.6MR2. Any ideas when it will be resolved?
