Unable to send screen captures to specific user

Unable to send screen capture to specific user on Windows 7 workstation. I have logged on as myself on the station and I am able to send screen captures. And I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Jabber on the workstation still the same issue. What else could I be missing ?

Version - Jabber 12.1

OS- Windows 7
