I have a customer who has Unity Connection 12.0(1)SU3 deployed, but they don't have the recovery software. I looked on the Cisco website for the recovery ISOs available for download, but the only one I found is for the base 12.0(1) (12.0.1.10000-8). Can that recovery ISO work with 12.0(1)SU3, or do I have to source the recovery ISO for the specific Unity Connection version?

Is this something that changed with version 12.x, because I noticed that earlier versions had recovery ISOs for each service upgrade as well as the base version?
