Hi All,
Just finished upgrading Call Manager lab to 12.5, just noticed with Unity Connection LDAP Integration there is no longer a Dir Sync service that needs to be be activated. Has anyone else seen this and or know how we can enable LDAP on Unity Connection 12.5? at this stage unable to Perform Ldap sync, this is option greyed out

Unity Connection has two Serviceability GUIs. Cisco Unity Connection Serviceability is application-related. Cisco Unified Serviceability is system-related.
Your screenshot is from "Cisco Unity Connection Serviceability". The DirSync service is activated in "Cisco Unified Serviceability".
