Unity Connection 15.0 SU2 – DRF Master service won’t stay Running

I just migrated Unity Connection from version 11.5.1.15900-18 to version 15.0 SU2.
Everything seemed to go smooth.
But the DRF Master service stops as soon as I access anything on the DRS web page.
This happens on both the Publisher and Subscriber.

All Certificates all look good.

Wondering if anyone has seen this.

Hi @Bill, 

I would suggest setting the DRF Master and Local to Debug level in Unified Serviceability and reproduce the failure and pull them from RTMT to see what those show for some more context.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I needed to get the servers up ASAP.
So I ended up doing a fresh install of Unity Connection, and restored data using Cobras.
Everything seems to be working normally.
Not sure I will be able to go back and collect logs from the old servers.

I ran into this issue recently with a 15su2 to 15su3 update. We found that when we ran the utils diagnose test command it came back as the Tomcat Keystore was corrupted even though the Tomcat certificate was valid and everything else worked. After regenerating the Tomcat certificate and restarting Tomcat then we were able to start the DRF Master and keep it running.
