Use My Phone for Calls Not Selected

When we deploy new clients this option has to be selected manually in the client (Windows). Is there a way to have this automatically selected without users having to do it? I did try setting it in common phone profile and didn't do anything. Jabber 11.5.1, UCM 10.5.2, thanks!
