VCS Expressway C&E

Currently we have VCS Expresssway C&E version 12.3.

Is this platform similar to Expressway C&E in that it can do MRA for Jabber and Desk phones or is this something different all together?

There is either VCS C&E, or there is expressway C&E.

All use the same image, you just end up with one of the 4 options depending on your licenses.

Yes, but going forward Expressway is going to be the option, if you notice, most of the new guides do not mention VCS, just expressway.

I suggest you reach out to your partner or SE and discuss this.
