We are using Cisco  telepresence sx20 for video conference, I would like to discuss with our office people through Video conference  from home.

How can configure at my device and how can access please suggest to me with step by step.

Get in touch with your local IT department to discuss about your requirement, this would require either a VPN solution, MRA, or B2B.

This is not something you just turn "on" in the device, this requires configuration in the backend to work.
