Hello,
In our company we have a McAfee Web Gateway (authenticated,explicit) proxy to acces internet (no dns resolution to internet, nor routing).
We have managed to connect with the Spark Application, chat, share desktop, make some videocalls, etc.
But we can't manage to share desktop or make videocalls using the Cisco Spark through Firefox. We can only connect and send/receive message, but videocalls are not working.
Debugging with Firefox debugger (about:webrtc) we can see the webRTC (udp) call shows "ICE STATUS=failed".

Our proxy does not inspect SSL.
¿Is there someting extra to configure in Firefox to make it work? ¿Does videocalling using webrtc works through proxy? ¿Does Spark trhour firefox supports proxy to make videocalls?
