We support many conference rooms that have microphones, speakers and cameras used for Webex. When someone from our institution uses we choose "Calling using computer" and everything works well. We recently had someone come in from a different institution and they used their instance of Webex. When they choose "Call using computer" it asked to install a program.
I had never seen that before.
Can someone please explain this situation to me?
