Webex Calling voicemail transcription

Voicemail transcriptions appear in the Webex app, if you have Webex Calling embedded into MS Teams, is there an option for transcriptions to appear there as well?

Hi Brad,

Webex Calling voicemail is managed by Webex Callig Service  as well as the transcription, so yes it should work even for MS Teams integration.

Thanks for the reply Carlo. I have Webex Calling app embedded into my MS Teams, when I leave a voicemail the recording shows up for me to play as you would expect but no transcription shows up. When I switch to the native Webex App, the transcription is there. Have I perhaps missed a setting somewhere?
