I have been conducting training sessions using webEx for few months.
During my last session as host I got following error message "No audio and video because certificate is revoked or name on the certificate is invalid"
The same error I get in WebEx Network recording player, test webEx meeting in Webex site as well. Sometimes I get "The meeting service is temporarily unavilable webex error 65006".
In Wireshark I see that server hello done. After that I see bad certificate status response(113) from client to server.
I tried many possible solutions such as uninstall WebEx tools, cleaning cache in browser etc. I am using Windows 8.1 In all browsers the same error is coming. I see the same issue in few other laptops as well. I see certificates seems to be their folders as in other laptops.
I see same kind of issue earlier on this forum 03-24-2018. to resolve in server side from admin perspective.
I am a user. Hence I would like to know is there something I can do in my laptop so that I get better user experience as in the past.
Any help would be appreciated
