I'm using WebEx Connect messenger to stay in contact with some people. One useful feature of this is that I can use it to chat with Cisco employees. I created an account for that a couple of years ago with my tom@tomribbens.be email address. It seems this is an AOL account in the background.
Now, I heard recently that I the Cisco Jabber client is the successor to WebEx Connect. However, simply filling out my username and password gives me the error that they are not correct. Is there a way I could use the Jabber software instead of the WebEx Connect software, and if so, how?
