Hello.
We've recently enabled the call me (call back) feature in WebEx meetings for all our users. A number of users (including myself - system admin) have had an issue with the meeting losing/forgetting your call me phone numbers.
Scenario:
My call me numbers are set up in the audio settings of my WebEx profile. I have work and cell. They are both checked for "call me". When I join meetings sometimes they are there, sometimes they aren't.
I've been searching through forums and KB articles and haven't been able to find any help on this. Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
