WebEx phone and headset users cannot hear each other

Hi,

The last two weeks we have been experiencing strange behavior in some WebEx meetings. When it happens it happens to all the participants in the conference:

Phone-in users can be heard by other phone in users.

Phone-in users can be heard by computer headset/microphone users.

However:

Computer headset/microphone users can be heard by other computer headset/microphone users.

Computer headset/microphone CANNOT be heard by phone users.

It is as if there is a disconnect between the computer microphone users and the phones, and it happens for all participants.

I'm sorry that you are experiencing technical difficulties with your WebEx meetings. I recommend you contact WebEx Support for help resolving this issue.

We've seen this issue crop up on three different WebEx sites since the WBS29 update. 

On two sites, WebEx Tech Support is still attempting to diagnose the cause and resolve.

On one site, Tech Support made an unofficial recommendation that we move to a higher end Logitec USB headset and that solved the problem for the two users who were experiencing it.  

I hate giving this kind of 'squishy' answer but I wanted to confirm that you are not alone on this issue.  Please keep us appraised if you find a more scientific/proven/repeatable solution.
