Webex URL API

I am wondering if this is the right place to ask this question...

Our company has the webex meeting center. I want to explore the API to see if there is any benefit to us. I found the document and I am trying the URL API however I am stuck with even the LI (login) piece. Here is my POST

The response I got contains this BadWebExIDOrPassword in this section

I have tried with both dzhao or dzhao@pason.com as my WebEX ID. My password does not have any special character except an exclamation mark.

What did I do wrong? By the way I am from traditional networking world so I have very limited experience with API or coding in general. The app I am using for testing this is the RESTClient Extension in my firefox.

We also have SSO enabled so I don't know if that makes any difference.

Do you have "URL API" listed under Available Site Features on Site Information page of the WebEx Admin? If you don't have URL API enabled on your site, you'll need to contact WebEx Support to have the API enabled.

Sorry Patrick but I can't find the setting? I assume you are talking about the Cisco Spark Control Hub, correct? I don't see the "Site Information" page link anywhere...

When you login to your WebEx site, Site Administration can be accessed in the upper right-corner, or you can type in the address itself.

That url redirect me to https://admin.ciscospark.com/login.. Is it the one you are talking about?

It might be different for sites that are managed within Spark Control Hub, recommend you contact WebEx Support and ask if the API is enabled for your site. We had to have it enabled on ours before we could use it.
