Windows Error:Spark Failed To Start.Please contact support.

Hello Team,

I got the  error "Spark Failed To Start.Please contact support." when trying to start the Spark Application on my laptop with windows 7 version.

Below is the screenshot of the problem.Has anyone knows how to fix this issue ?

What is the version of the Windows Cisco Spark client that you have installed?

Has it ever worked before, or is this a brand new / fresh install?

i have the same problem it is a new installation. i tried to check the version but the app crash when i try to see the about option

i am using it from Colombia using CVO connection, my laptop commit all requirements:Capture.PNG
