We recently deployed 6 Cisco Webex Room KIT Pro Endpoints with Quad and Presenter Cameras in our classrooms. Each Room has 2 or 4 mics. However, lately we noticed audio drops (as if someone muted the mic) and then comes back on. This is happening intermittently. Our Devices are registered on-Prem. We have 4 additional Classrooms with SX80 with Quad and Presenter Track Camera and similar mic configurations and don't face any problems. 

 

Has anybody facing a similar issue?

Having a similar problem. Did u manage to solve it?

Yes we managed to resolve it. It was due to the echo present in the classrooms. Once the classrooms acoustic treatment was done, we no longer have this issue.
