Hello,

looking to see if there is a way to export phones to a CSV file where the file will show the number of assigned DNs on each phone or the DNs themselves along with all the other information.

Thanks in advance!

You can use Bulk Administration Tool (BAT).

1. Log in to CUCM.

2. Go to Bulk Administration > Phones > Export Phones > Specific Details.

3. This will prompt you to find phones. You can filter by Device Name, Description, Directory Number, Calling Search Space, Device Pool, Device Type, Call Pickup Group, LSC Status, Authentication String, Device Protocol, Security Profile or Common Device Configuration. If you just click on Find, it will bring all the devices in the system, registered or not.

4. Once you see the devices you need in the table, click Next.

5. Type in a File Name for the export file, and select a File Format. (You can click on "View File Format" to see the fields the format selected will pull). The Simple File Format, for example, will give you these fields: MAC ADDRESS,DESCRIPTION,DIRECTORY NUMBER 1

6. Type in a Job Description and select if you want the Job to run immediately or later and click "Submit".

Now go to Bulk Administration > Job Scheduler and make sure the Job has finished processing.

To download the file, go to Bulk Administration > Upload/Download Files Select the file name of the export job you created and click Download Selected.
