Possibility to scale the assignment of Webex users' session types to existing users

Hi guys,

I try to find a scalable way to assign session types to webex users. Our corporate policy changed and I need to stop NBR and local recordings in Webex meetings. I set up a new session type for the site in the control hub that exempts on these very options. I also enabled the session type for new users.

Where I could not find a way to scale is in assigning this new session type to the existing users. I do not feel like assgining it to about 100 employees manually. In the control hub I could not find a mean to scale this task. Browsing the Webex API did not give me a hint on accessing session types at all.

Has anyone of you come accoss this problem?

Hi guys,

coming back to this topic after quite some time. I just wanted to tell you about the way to manage this.

Go to ControlHub and go to Meetings under the Service category.
Select your meeting site and go to Site Information.
Within section Licenses and Users you will be able to bulk manage users.
Go ahead and download the CSV, find your spots to edit and reupload the CSV file.
