Hello everyone,
after updating the CUCM to the last version 11.5.1.18900-97 a customer complains about errors on an applications server. These errors did not occur before the update. Phones can no longer be controlled. Only after a reinitialization of the server the phones work normally again. It does not affect all phones and not always the same phones. It changes.
In the TSP log on the server I see the following messages which I can hardly find anything about.
21:21:55.592 | CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage() Link read time out. hSocket=14612
21:21:55.592 |<--CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage()

21:21:56.592 | CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage() Link read time out. hSocket=14612
21:21:56,592 |<--CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage()
21:21:56,592 |-->CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage()
21:21:57.592 | CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage() Link read time out. hSocket=14612
21:21:57,592 |<--CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage()
21:21:57,592 |-->CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage()
21:21:59.233 | CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage() Link read time out. hSocket=14612
21:21:59.234 |<--CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage()
21:21:59.234 |-->CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage()
21:22:00.234 | CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage() Link read time out. hSocket=14612
21:22:00.234 |<--CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage()
21:22:00.234 |-->CSelsiusTSPLink::getMessage()
How can we limit this error. Nothing happened in the environment except the CUCM update and the resulting update of the TSP.
Thanks for your help!
