Can I install 32bit JTAPI client on Windows 2008 Server 64 bit?  In CUCM 8.5, there is only 32 bit jtapi client avaiable?  What is the difference between 32 bit and 64 bit JTAPI clients?

From the 8.6 JTAPI guide:

Cisco Unified Communications Manager Release 8.6(1)
This section describes the new and changed features in Cisco Unified Communications Manager Release
8.6(1):
• Account lockout, page 3-1
• EnergyWise Deep Sleep Mode, page 3-47
• FIPS Compliance, page 3-50
• Password expiry, page 3-86
• New JTAPI x64 client for 64-bit operating systems.

You will want to make sure the x-bit JTAPI client matches your x-bit JVM, otherwise note that Cisco fully tests only 32-bit client/JVM on 32-bit OS's and 64-bit client/JVM on 64-bit OS's.
