Created by: Dipika Gupta on 21-02-2013 06:35:34 AM Hi All , I am getting this error on opening Configuration Manager in Distributor AW "-9986:Session to local database could not be opened" . Th error is in rtdist process showing the AW as disconnected and updateaw process showing the error "Pipe has ended " Even on restarting the Router , Logger , AW services the issue did not resolve . Even on running "Initialise Local Database " no result . Can anyone please provide any pointers . Thanks and regards, Dipika Gupta

Did you check the odbc settings on the server ? Is that configured correctly ? Does your account have permissions. You may want to check that. Hemal
