Hello,

I am trying to get a C60 with dual display outputs to display remote
video (active speaker, or "other main") on both displays at once.  I
have built a custom layout, but it appears a single video source such as
active speaker, or "other main" cannot be recycled more than once
across all displays.  However, we have a centralized MCU infrastructure,
so we will always be in a call with "1" remote destination, and would
like to have the ability to display the MCU video feed on both
displays.  I can get this to occur during "live view" in TC Console, but
as soon as changes are sychronized to the codec, it goes back to only
using the remote video source on the first display, and second display
remains blank.

Does anyone have any idea if this is feasible, or if this is an issue
with the TC Console?  My next step is to do it just from the raw API
commands and ditch TC Console and see if that works.  I'm using TC 6.1
on TC6.1.1.7d7af15 software release on the codec.  Running in single
display mode isn't an option, because then your self-view is mirrored,
and if you push content you are not able to view it full screen -
instead remote video stream + media stream are blended and then
duplicated on both displays.  not a workable solution for dual displays
and defeats the purpose of them.

Any help is much appreciated!!

Hello Casey -

If you upgrade both the codec to TC6.2 and TC Console to 6.2, you will find that you can specify Participant 1, Participant 2, and Participant 3, in addition to Other Main, etc.

You should be able to specify Participant 1 on one screen and Other Main on the other screen, to get the desired result.

Or just Participant 1 on all the other screens to have the MCU call replicated on all screens
