Hi

I am installing c20 codec in one of our customer place. I am connecting my 1st display device in HDMI port and its working fine.
I am connecting 2nd device on DVI-I port. I am not getting display.

Any one of the expert plz conform Dual display option is license feature or not

Hi Soundararajan,

The DVI-I port of the C20 is an input and not an output. The C20 has two outputs and they are both HDMI. Dual display on the C20 is an option.

Best regards
Roger

Hi Roger

It's a C40 Codec not C20 wrongly I mention in my post.

Thanks for your reply

Hi Soundararaja,

Ok, the C40 do support video out on both ports without the dual display option. However you will need the dual display option to get the dual display functionality, otherwise the dual output will mimic the single output. You may need to upgrade your C40 as previously the output was not activated unless you had the dual display option.

Cheers
Roger
