I can using "\*" as valid input.
However, how to using "#" as valid input with Form Element?

Regards,
Mark

Just enter # as the DTMF Keypress
But you must tell the Gateway not to use # as the terminating character.
You do this at the bottom of the Form element's Settings tab, and
Enter  the VoiceXML Property Name: termchar
Enter the Value: (blank space)
