java.lang.NullPointerException caught when disconnecting a call

Hi everybody,
 
I'm experiencing an issue with a JTAPI integration of Genesys T-server 8.0 with Callamanager 7.1.3b.
Sometimes when the application tries to disconnect a call I got an error on t-server side and there are some error messages on JTAPI logs:

It happens only a few times a day (within hundreds of correct disconnect)

It seems that you are running into a issue that is already resolved. Upgrading would resolve this issue. Can you let us know the full CUCM version and the version of JTAPI installed on Genesys server.

CUCM release is 7.1.3.30000-1
JTAPI release is 7.1.3.10000-1

Genesys T-Server release is 8.1.000.04

Could you confirm this is a known defect ? Which release resolve this issue ?

Upgrading CUCM to 7.1(3.32011.1) or the latest version in 7.1.3 and installing jtapi from that version on Genesys server should resolve this issue. You may want to talk to your Genesys support to find out how JTAPI on their server can be upgraded.
