Hi,
I am getting multiple events for each action on the call state. For example in case of call delivered I am getting 3 call delivered events, 2 of these are related to the caller device, and only one is related to the target device. (based on unique object IDs). I need to filter out only the events related to the target device, is there any ways of achieving this via configurations?
Currently I am filtering on CallState, if it is alerting only then I am processing. Cause the events for the caller device will never have call state 'alerting'. I do not want duplicate events for different call objects with the same CallDay + CallKey. Is there any better way to achieve this?
