Hi there,
I am working wiht a partner that has developed an Android Application to run on the DX650 for Social Miner.  They have developed it with all of the API guidance however urgently need a test environment that they can connect to in order to validate the functionality of the application.

Is there a sandox environment that they coudl connect to?  The partner contact is Shrinivas Katti <shrinivas.katti@zensar.com>

This is an urgent request as we are hoping to demonstrate these applciations at Collaboration Partner Summit and Rohan will need to review submissions.

Regards,
Alan

Hi Alan,

What version of SocialMiner did the partner develop this App against? There is a dedicated partner system called dCloud. It has all teh contact center applications on it and will be the best platform for him to test with. Are you referring to teh partner summit currently going on in Dallas?

Thanks,

Emmanuel

Hi Emmanuel,
Appreciate the quick reply.  I will check with Zensar on the version.  This is in preparation for the World Wide Collaboration Partner Summit which is to take place in Boca Raton Florida - week of the 21st October.

Regards,
Alan

Hi Alan,

The partner can use the hosted dCloud environment. Here is a link to the internal SocialMiner wiki regarding demo options http://ccbu.cisco.com/display/CCFIELD/SocialMiner+Demo+Options . I have pasted below the excerpt from the wiki that talks about access to dCloud:

Partners can leverage the dCloud UCCE platform to demonstrate and integrate to SocialMiner. These partners include resellers but also technology partners that may be developing to SocialMiner API's. Within dCloud Partners will have full administrative rights to the SocialMiner system. http://dcloud.cisco.com

Note: Partners should use their CCO credentials to gain access to, and log into dCloud.

Thanks

Emmanuel
